Dinner, by arrangement
Dinner is served by arrangement and, wherever possible, is based around local and organic produce, either from our own organic gardens or from Storm Bay, where we catch salmon, flathead, trumpeter and the world-famous rock lobster (crayfish).
There is nothing quite like homemade cooking, especially when the chef is also the owner of the establishment! Jill has even cooked for the current Premier of Tasmania - and constantly for Jonathan, a food critic of the highest calibre!
Dinner is a set 3 course menu, which changes daily. Cost is $45 per person.
